Internal Complaint Committee

The University focusing on its objectives and structure in compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act).

Objectives:

• To ensure compliance with the POSH Act, 2013.
• To ensure strict adherence to Prevention of Sexual Harassment policies for the protection of all staff, faculty, and students.

The Internal Complaint Committee operates as a unified committee.

 Responsibilities of the Committee:

• Handles complaints of sexual harassment and ensures redressal.
• Ensures gender sensitisation within the university.
• Maintains confidentiality throughout the process.
• Submits annual reports to the Registrar.
• Complies with all statutory reporting requirements mandated by the POSH Act, 2013, and related university regulations.
