Dr. Jagannatha S, working as a Professor & Director in the School of Applied Science. Sapthagiri NPS University. He obtained PhD in Computer Science from Visveswaraya Technological University, Belgaum. He is a resourceful and innovative educationist having extensive experience of 32 years and works in strategic planning and audit processes. He has worked at different institutions in various capacities and involved in NBA, NAAC and Academic Administration. He has published Research papers in National and International Journals. He received the Best Researcher and best paper award. Apart from academia, he is actively involved in Research and Consultancy. He has guided many PG, UG students and is guiding PhD scholars. His areas of interest are Distributed Computing, Cloud computing, Object Technology, and Software Performance Engineering. He initiated a research collaboration with industry for research and consultancy projects. He is life member of Computer Society of India (CSI), The Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), and Member of International Associations of Engineers (IAE).
