Dr. Surekha Desai is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Sapthagiri NPS University, Bengaluru. She pursued her B.Sc. (PCM) from B. L. D. E’s association of S. B. Arts and K. C. P. Science College, Vijayapura, M.Sc. in Mathematics from Karnatak University Dharwad and B.Ed. from Karnataka State Women’s University, Vijayapura. She has successfully earned her Doctoral degree in Finsler Geometry from Kuvempu University, Shivamogga.She has over 10 years of teaching experience and research experience, actively engaging undergraduate students through a clear and application-oriented approach to mathematics, also keen interest in both teaching and working to make mathematical concepts accessible and meaningful for students.She has published 12 or more research papers/articles in reputed journals.She has presented papers at international and national conferences and has participated in various Seminars, Workshops, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). Revised the articles as a reviewer.
