PHYSIOLOGY

Physiology as a subject has a central place in medical sciences. It plays a critical role in learning the principles of medicine. From functions to dysfunctions, drug preparation to medicine prescription, disease treatment to disease prevention, all have physiological basis and approach, and therefore, require the help of knowledge in Physiology. The department is involved in training students of various courses like MBBS, BPT, AHS, BSc Nursing and GNM. The department is also equipped with Hematology lab, Human lab, Amphibian lab, Mammalian lab, Research lab, Neurophysiology lab, Museum and Skills lab with appropriate facilities for training the students with necessary skills which are required for the student to emerge as a competent authority in respective field.
